Cafe Amazonia is located in the Copacabana community of the Caranavi Rural Canton of the Caranavi province at 1,550 masl. The whole family have been producers of specialty cofee for more than 20 years. They are the second generation in coffee production dedicated to carrying out processes that guarantee quality in the cup.

To perfect the natural process, they took into account the evaluation of the level of Brix degrees (sugar levels) of the cherry, finding the optimal color point for the selective harvest. To take humidity into account, they work with a weather forecaster, constantly monitoring it during the drying process. Cafe Amazonia currently has coffee plantations of three different varieties: Red Catuai, Java, and Geisha.

The farm implements a variety of techniques to provide shade for the coffee including artificial and tree cover. Cafe Amazonia has works with an organic production system since the father is affiliated with the Mejillones cooperative, which complies with organic production standards.
