Grown in the highlands and processed using the natural method, the coffee develops intense fruit character before ever hitting the roaster. We take it darker, carefully, to build body and richness without losing what makes it special.

The result is a cup that’s both bold and expressive. Ripe berry and dried fruit notes lead the way, layered over a foundation of dark chocolate and subtle molasses. The natural process brings a jammy sweetness, while the roast level adds depth, structure, and a smooth, lingering finish.
